With only a team of eight, this architectural practice is proud to compete with large practices. As director Peter Ryan says, “We’re a small firm that acts like a large one. You don’t need a large team to deliver a large project. You require a smart and efficient one.” So rather than farm out work, Peter Ryan Architects prefers to do everything in-house, from visual documentation to planning and implementation.
Peter Ryan Architects (PRA) have a close-knit team, many of whom have been with the practice since it was established in 2015. PRA offer a gamut of architectural services in-house, from visual documentation, to planning and implementation. PRA have designed and delivered many large scale projects, including major office buildings for Caribbean Park, in Scoresby, a business park that spans hectares. Hotels, warehouses, logistical buildings, childcare facilities and garden pavilions can all be found in our office portfolio. PRA pride ourselves in our strong commercial as well as our design backgrounds, and practicality is conveyed from the outset of any project, irrespective of its scale.
